| If you're talking about gameplay than I don't think you can compare them since they are two completely different genres |

Actually they looks hugely similar (gameplay-wise)
Both have shooting and both have action.

| I honestly think Splinter Cell Convictions graphics are underated.
No one ever talks about how good they are but i think they are on par with Uncharted 2.
In terms of gameplay, Splinter Cell is more brutal in every way (smashing a guys head into a urinal) |

In terms of graphics i don't see many complaints about it, even by PS3 fanboys after the last two (i guess) Conviction vids showing some fucking amazing draw distances. The only problem some people have with the game is because it does not follow the Splinter Cell old gameplay, mark&execute, etc. |

Yup I reckon the graphics will be about on-par. I actually noticed that some texture detail on UC2 doesn't look as good as some on Gears Of War 1.
Eg: look up close at the bricks in UC2. Then look at the ones in gears. Gears easily has better looking ones. lol
Though I tend not to bring that up in console war debates: "Woot we have better bricks"
but yeah I think SCC looks more interactive than UC2 because uc2 is like a movie really.... most of the game feels like a cutscene whereas scc seems to give you more freedom and actual gameplay, at least from what I've seen. |

Yep and gameplay too looks very tight and satisfying. Admittedly I am no splinter cell fan but I'm actually considering getting this game. |

Same, Sam kicks so much ass now that blows my mind and soul away. Those interrogations scenes are fucking TV gold. |
