| You don't need LIVE to play the game though. You're excluding the Silver members when you say that. |

What does that have to do with anything? I'm sure MS can see what youre playing whether its SP or not and whether youre Silver or Gold so how are Silver members being excluded? You can look and see what the people on your friend list are playing Silver or Gold so why cant MS see what the users of their online service are playing when theyre signed in? The only people being excluded from this number are those without Live at all.

When these statistics are revealed, its based on Unique User signed on the XBOX Live while playing the game. It doesnt matter what you are doing in the game, it can be multiplayer, single player or even the pause screen, as long as you are signed in, then you count towards the statistic. |

errr but you do realise that a lot of silver members don't even bother connecting to Internet when playing xbox 360. So all those ppl are excluded |

| Well,im not usually connected to LIVE(i would have to use a different TV"but i certainly have been playing Mass Effect 2 for the last few days nonstop.Its funny how ps3 fantards complain about RROD yet i had my 360 on for 15 hours and it still wasnt overheated.
